What is personal property restoration?

Personal Property Restoration, aka Contents Restoration, is simple: imagine you picked up your home or building, flipped it over and shook it. Everything that falls out is what gets restored. Many people who go through a disaster, particularly a fire, make the assumption that everything is lost, but many more things can be saved than most people think.

A Sample Process

  • Each piece of personal property is inventoried and barcoded to keep track of of it during cleaning and storage.
  • After everything is inventoried, it is taken through special cleaning stations to be restored.
  • Ultrasonic technology is effective for both hard and soft contents.
  • Ozone generators  remove odors and any mold that may still be present at the molecular level.
  • Items are stored in a climate-controlled environment.
