After opening in June 1982, Charles Hays and his two sons, Mark and Brian, quickly acquired a reputation for integrity and quality workmanship in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. Over the course of the next 36 years, with the commitment of our leadership, management team and employees, our dedication to integrity has helped us significantly grow our service area. Now with eight separate locations, 140 employees and 120 vehicles, we work nationwide, taking our customer-centric, local approach to customers and communities in need of restoration services.

Customer and employee feedback is essential and serves to help us on our journey to continuous improvement. Recognizing that perfection is not realistic, we strive to learn from each other. To that end, each customer is invited to review his or her experience of working with Hays + Sons. Both internal and external feedback greatly contribute to the whole team’s ability to better serve others.

Hays + Sons employees’ professionalism goes beyond outward appearance and manners. And our respect for them and our customers goes beyond admiration. Employees and customers are our heroes, and we believe that they should know it. From publicly highlighting employee accomplishments to thanking customers with drawings for gift cards, we don’t want any act of kindness to go unnoticed. Heroes are everywhere, and in the fall, Hays + Sons sponsors a non-profit company to attend an NFL football game and tailgate party to show our appreciation to these heroes in our community.
